Description
What the inventor proposed for his heavy
tinplate stove was a corrugated bottom "so as
to increase the amount of heating surface".
The stove is intricately constructed, but
simplistic in its finish detail. Patent #50,977
concerning "Improvement in Ranges" was
issued to Edward Whitely of Cambridge,
Massachusetts on November 14, 1865. The
original patent tag is attached. A photocopy of
the patent is included. 8"H. 4"W. 4" D.
