Wearing sheer pink nylon dress with flocked blue butterfly print, lace trim, black velvet waist sash, lace-trimmed nylon slip, panties, socks, white Mary Jane shoes, and with original wrist tag, Ideal dress tag, and Shirley Temple signature pin.
