One piece bisque head and torso,brown glass eyes,painted lashes,lightly-feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth in "O"shape,four painted teeth,brunette mohair wig,loop-jointed bisque arms and legs,pointing right index finger,painted above-the-knee white stockings,brown one-strap shoes,nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 44 17 (head and underarms) JIO c. 1920 (torso). Comments: made in Germany,designed by the American artist,Jeanne Orsini,circa 1920,made in Germany. Value Points: rare and expressively-sculpted art character doll with choice bisque,original wig.
