4.5" (11 cm.) One piece bisque head, torso and legs depicting a highly stylized whimsical character with flapper-style painted bobbed hair, large painted O-shaped downcast blue eyes, slanted brows, red button nose, tiny painted lips, jointed arms, string-attached yellow bisque cap. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1920. Value Points: amusing character with wonderful detail including painted orange slippers that match the nose color.
