Comments: Roullet et Decamps, circa 1895, when key-wound, the doll alternately lifts her legs and appears to walk; the direction on the box lid note that the "grande attraction" of the doll is that when it is lifted off the walking surface, the mechanism is designed to stop immediately. Value Points: in pristine unplayed with condition with superb antique costume, the flirty-eyed pretty doll is contained in its original box with illustration of "L'Intrepide Bebe" with child and mother.
