Description
A ten-blade folding fan has cutwork filigree designs in bone on the bottom half of each blade, and rich purple silk on the upper half. The purple silk, which is lined with paper and linen for stiffness, is a vibrant color, decorated with a garland of baby roses and feathery silk fringe. Presented in original white moire paper box with engraving on lid. 3"L. Circa 1870.
