Description
18"-29" (46 - 74 cm). Set of ten dolls each of all cloth with pressed and painted facial features and mohair wigs portray the members of a wedding party, including Bride, Groom, Minister, Best Man, Two Maids of Honor, Two Bridesmaids, Flower Girl and Ring Bearer (the flower girl with Shirley Temple face). Each doll is elaborately costumed to represent their position in the wedding party, and three of the dolls (Bride, purple-costumed Bridesmaid, and Flower Girl) have original cloth label "Blossom Doll Company, New York" on costumes. Good to very good condition, Best man has nose rub and stain on forehead, some other surface dust. Circa 1925.
