Solid domed bisque head with very chubby cheeks,sculpted short curly hair in tannish/brown color,brown glass side-glancing eyes,short painted curly lashes,tinted brows,rounded nose,tiny rosebud-shaped mouth,two tiny teeth,composition baby body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 126 12/0 Germany. Comments: maker uncertain,circa 1928,the model exactly resembles the Skippy doll presented by Effanbee and is likely designed as a portrait model of child silent film star,Jackie Coogan. Value Points: rare character with most appealing chubby cheeks wearing nice antique baby dress and undergarments.
