7" (18 cm). A bisque egg-shaped candy container with unusual tree branch base has a removable lid portraying a broken egg-shell from which is emerging a brown-complexioned grinning boy with side-glancing npainted eyes and thickly sculpted black hair, who is clutching a little piglet trying to escape his grasp. Restoration to piglet ears, otherwise excellent. Marked Heubach (sunburst). Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915, the facial characterization is exceptionally detailed.
