Solid domed bisque socket head,blonde sculpted hair with well-defined forelock curl,blue intaglio eyes,black and red upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth in laughing expression,sculpted upper and lower teeth,attached to cone-shaped body which covers the clockwork mechanism,two metal spoked wheels at the base,celluloid hands,nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (Goebel intertwined symbol). Comments: Goebel,circa 1915. Value Points: rare facial model perfectly complements the mechanical action of young child beginning to walk; excellent bisque,mechanism functions well.
