10" (25 cm.) An all-bisque figurine of bespectacled man with peddler's apron and hat is holding the handles of a wheelbarrow upon which is resting a teal blue glass decanter with working faucet front and enamel painted floral decorations, and with three matching glasses. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1885.
