15" (38 cm.) All composition with socket head, blue sleep eyes, real lashes, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig in side curls, jointing at shoulders and hips, marked "Effanbee Patricia". The doll is wearing custom-made pretty blue cotton dress printed with little toy animals, undergarments, socks, shoes. Generally excellent. Effanbee, circa 1935.
