13" (33 cm). Carved wooden swivel head with sculpted and painted facial features, well-defined eyes, shaded lips, blonde human hair arranged under cap, all-wooden body in the manner of 19th century artist-mannequin figures with dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, separately carved fingers. CONDITION: Generally Excellent. COMMENTS: circa 1870. VALUE POINTS: in perfectly preserved condition, the doll wears original multi-layered folklore costume including embroidered vest, headdress, heeled leather shoes.
