Description
24" (61 cm.) Hard plastic socket head, walking-style body, vinyl arms with jointed elbows, and knees, flat feet, blue sleep eyes, brush lashes, closed mouth with red lips, blushing complexion, and rooted tosca saran hair. Wearing a pale pink nylon dress with puff sleeves, lace trim, ribbon-rose accents, wide pink velvet ribbon at waist, white socks, pink suede snap buckle shoes, straw bonnet with floral accents and matching basket, and with original "Sweet Sue, Queen of Dolls" wrist tag and original box. Marks: Amer. Char. Doll. Condition: near mint. American Character, "Sweet Sue", circa 1955.
