18" (46 cm). Pink-tinted porcelain shoulderhead with brown sculpted hair arranged in low side-part with long sideburns, oval shaped slender face with deeply sculpted features, blue shaded eyes, single stroke brows, closed mouth with center accent line, fully sculpted ears, muslin stitch-jointed body, leather arms and separately stitched fingers, antique black velvet jacket with brass buttons over fancy white shirt with pleated collar, white wool pants, leather shoes. CONDITION: Generally Excellent. MARKS: K.P.M. (red stamp) K.P.M. (and eagle symbol, blue stamp). COMMENTS: Konigliche Porzellan Manufaktur, circa 1850. VALUE POINTS: Extremely rare porcelain model with superb detail of sculpting, quality of painting and porcelain.
