Description
7" (18 cm). One-piece composition head and
torso, painted facial features with
side-glancing eyes, tiny closed mouth, blonde
mohair wig, jointed arms and legs with
painted shoes. Excellent condition. Marks:
Mme. Alexander (doll and costume, costume
also tagged "Swedish"). Original costume of
muslin blouse and bonnet, yellow cotton skirt
over stiffened petticoat and pantalets, red felt
vest, striped cotton apron. Circa 1935.
