Description
9 1/2" (24 cm). Lithographed tin water pump and base colorfully depict mischievous boys and girls playing at the water pump, while on the pump are scenes of elephant and circus clown. Signed by the artist Elaine Ends Hileman. Labeled "The Ohio Art Co, Bryan Ohio, Made in USA". Excellent condition.
