Description
9" (23 cm). Composition socket-head, painted facial features, side-glancing eyes, jointed composition arms and legs, brunette mohair wig. Excellent condition. Marks: Wendy Ann, Mme. Alexander, New York (doll) "Peasant" by Madame Alexander (costume). The doll wears original gown with flowered bodice, green cotton skirt, attached striped apron, green bandana, pantalets, shoes and socks. Circa 1935.
