Description
2" (5 cm.) h. head. Each is all-bisque Kewpie with classic features including blue wings,topknot,and side-glancing googly eyes including Kewpie shoulder head marked 9208; seated Kewpie with over-sized pencil,marked C; standing Kewpie with outstretched hands,with original paper label; another standing Kewpie with uplifted hands; seated Kewpie on yellow chair (Japanese); and Kewpie lying on back on blue plinth (plinth restored). Excellent except as noted. All are German except as noted. Early 20th century.
