Description
21" (53 cm.) Cream twill stuffed doll with center seam, applied felt features in colorful arrangements, purple yarn-looped hair, pink pom-pom nose, green velvet feet, loosely jointed, and wearing original clown costume with ruffled tulle collar edged in cherry red banding. With original cloth label. Excellent condition. Alexander, "Ruffles", model 190, appeared in the 1954 catalog described as "an inimitable clown".
