Description
5" (13 cm.) Thinker. Each is all-bisque with classic Kewpie features,viz. topknot,forelock curl,side-glancing painted eyes,impish smile and blue wings. Included is The Thinker with red heart paper label on back; seated Kewpie with outstretched arms,having ladybug on right wrist,marked c. in circle; and seated Kewpie holding an oversized brown pencil,marked c. in circle and incised O'Neill. Excellent condition. Germany,circa 1915.
