Description
4" (10 cm.) seated. Each is all-bisque child posed seated,with blue or brown glass inset eyes,sculpted laughing expression with painted facial features and lips of closed mouths,blonde mohair wig,and sculpted white chemise with blue edging. Each child has outstretched arms,one holding a butterfly,one with cup and one delighted at the little bug that has perched on her shoulder. Excellent condition. Germany,probably Hertwig,circa 1900,a delightful trio in classic childlike activities.
