8" (20 cm) diameter. Blue circular tin sifter with red interior, tin sieve base, red-edged blue tin hinged handle is decorated with scenes of happy children and puppy playing with sand toys at the beach. With three figural tin molds and red tin shovel. Signed by the artist Elaine Ends Hileman and "Ohio Art Co, Bryan, O Made in USA,130". Excellent condition.
