Description
9"h (23 cm). Lithographed tin toy features figure of smiling man wearing overalls and cap standing below a sand chute. When sand is poured into the chute, he pivots back and forth as though sifting the sand and finally "pours" the sand. Labeled "Busy Mike" and signed "J.Chein & Co Made in USA". Excellent condition.
