Cylinder-shaped tin tower is brightly lithographed with scenes of pirates and treasures, with attached sand chute and car, labeled "Captain Sandy Andy, Wolverine Supply and Manufacturing Co, Pittsburgh, Pa, Made in USA". With original box labeled "No 63C" and illustrations of boy playing with toy. Excellent condition.
