Description
8" (20 cm). An ocean bed scene humorously depicts Mother and Father Fish, each wearing people hats, saving their baby fish from the fisherman's lure. Reverse side (not shown) of the continuous diorama depicts a sea turtle and crab playing with sand pail and shovel and baby fish and snail building a sand castle with pails and shovels. Red flat-tin handle with green borders, green interior. Marked "J. Chein & Co. Made in USA". Excellent condition.
