Description
7 3/4" (20 cm). A bright blue background with red bands at top and bottom edged by garland of flowers depicts a continuous diorama of elves riding fantasy animals on a merry-go-round. Blue flat-tin handle with red border and red interior. Signed by the artist, Fern Bisel Peat. Marked "Ohio Art Co, Bryan, Ohio" around the large word Ohio and "106". Very good condition.
