Description
4 1/4" (11 cm). Continuous diorama of undersea world of frogs and fishes, posed upon rocks, blowing bubbles, one large frog with spectacles and book. Blue flat tin bail handle with coral edging, coral interior and lower border. Signed by the artist, Fern Bisel Peat (see inset photo). Marked "Ohio Art Co, Made in USA". Excellent condition.
