12" (30 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 0 (head and shoulders) F.G. (shoulders). Comments: Gaultier, circa 1875. Value Points: petite fashionable lady has original wig, and fine antique costume.
