5" (13 cm). A friendly white-haired gent is selling balloons and popcorn from his cart with red and white awning. On reverse side (not shown) a young girl is dumping the contents of her purse, seeking pennies to buy a balloon. Red flat- tin handle with blue border, blue interior. Signed by the artist, Elaine Ends Hileman. Marked "Ohio Art Co, Bryan, Ohio" around the large word Ohio, and "137". Excellent condition.
