15" (38 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, cobalt blue glass eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with slight hint of smile, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, kid lady body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees, nicely costumed in blue cotton gown, undergarments, shoes. Condition: generally excellent, body sturdy albeit age darkened. Comments: French, circa 1875. Value Points: dainty expression achieved by piquant smile on the lovely doll.
