9" (23 cm.) All-composition doll with socket head, sculpted bobbed hair, painted large brown side-glancing eyes, bow-shaped closed lips, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Patsyette. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: the doll is presented in original case with four additional dresses, play suit and red hooded cape, additional shoes, Patsy Club pin, and with original wrist tag.
