Description
16" (41 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with very pale bisque, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with gusset-jointing, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: E 3 B. Comments: Barrois, circa 1860. Value Points: brilliant cobalt blue eyes contrast her delicate bisque in a most pleasing manner.
