Description
15" (38 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulderhead, brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, muslin body, bisque forearms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SH 4 950. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1885. Value Points: early closed mouth doll, rare model to find, is wearing her original elaborate folklore costume and coiffe.
