Description
12" (30 cm.) and 22". Each is all-composition with socket head, sleep eyes, real lashes, painted lashes and brows, rosebud-shaped lips. Including girl with sculpted bobbed hair, wearing original pink cotton slip and undergarments, socks and shoes; and baby with auburn caracul wig, brown eyes, baby body and wearing original white flannel pajamas. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Effanbee, the dolls were presented as "Patsy Lou" and "Patsy Baby" from the grand Patsy family, 1930s.
