21" (53 cm.) All hard plastic, Margaret face model, light brunette mohair wig with soft original curls and bangs, sleep eyes, real lashes (right eye also with original extended lashes), painted lashes at eye corners, hand-painted brows, rich red lips of closed mouth, jointing at shoulders and hips, wearing sheer white pima cotton organdy gown with satin edging at hem over attached white polished cotton under dress, sheer leg ‘o mutton sleeves with lace edging at cuffs to match lace around the yoke, unusual double-tiered veil with coronet of white flowers designed to sit at back crown, white satin panties, white nylon stockings, white snap-front shoes, pearls and bouquet of white flowers to match flowers in her hair. The dress has blue woven cloth tag "Madame Alexander All Rights Reserved New York" and the doll has original cloverleaf wrist tag. Near mint condition with flawless complexion, left extended lashes missing. Alexander, from her portrait mystery series of the late 1940s, few other examples of this model are known to exist.
