Carved wooden swivel head, painted white complexion and facial features, side-slanted eyes, heavily-modeled eyelids, arched brows, slight smile, blush spots on cheeks, pierced ears, firm torso, metal upper legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Chinese, early 1900s. Value Points: outstanding original silk costume with rich braid and embroidery, silk slippers, and outstanding bead trimmed coiffe which encloses silk thread black wig.
