Of brown muslin,the very firmly stuffed and very plump doll has center front and center back seams that extend down head and full torso,slightly-shaped nose,black fleecy yarn stitched-on hair,painted facial features,brown eyes with thick grey and black eyeliner,single stroke brows,broad painted nose,wide smile on full lips with painted teeth,jointed arms with very full short and separated fingers,antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,late 19th century. Value Points: very characterized and artful painting of features.
