Brown cloth doll with firmly stuffed head,flat- dimensional face having oil-painted complexion and facial features with enriching varnish finish,large brown thickly outlined eyes and brows,outlined nose,closed mouth with white accents dots,stitch jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,circa 1900,in the manner of Maud Witherspoon manner. Value Points: artistically painted doll is well- preserved,wears her original costume.
