16" (41 cm.) All-cloth doll with knob-shaped head having center
seam,oil-painted complexion,hair and facial features,brown painted
hair,outlined large brown eyes and brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth with center accent line,painted ears,muslin body with stitch
jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees,pretty antique costume.
Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,circa 1890. Value
Points: whimsical naive folk painting with gentle smile,very large
eyes,unusually painted ears.
