The black-complexioned doll is of ribbed-texture cotton,with flat-dimensional face,embroidered large spiral eye dots with black shoe button pupils,embroidered wide grinning mouth with centering teeth,black yarn hair,firmly stuffed body with stitch jointing at shoulders and hips,antique silk suit,shirt and bow tie. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,early 1900s. Value Points: creative details of construction includes artful diagonally placed cloth to heighten complexion,wonderful eyes.
