Of brown cotton sateen,with side and back seams,chin seam,stitch-shaped nose and stitched-on ears,embroidered eye white and black shoe button eyes,embroidered brows and mouth,wiry wool stitched-on hair and moustache,stitch-jointed shoulders and hips,leather boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,circa 1890. Value Points: meticulous detailed construction of face,wearing original Turkish costume with turban and embroidered costume.
