All-cloth doll with inset side panel giving shape to the head,flat-dimensional face with oil-painted complexion and features rendered in a very simplistic manner,jointing at shoulders and knees,antique costume. Condition: good,original painting of face. Comments: American,circa 1880. Value Points: endearing homely and simple painting of face,included with the doll is a wooden rocking chair with lithographed paper decoration.
