All-cloth doll of simple homespun or twill,having flat-dimensional face and rounded back head,with applied wiry hair,painted facial features,brown eyes,black outlined eyes with grey eye shadow,outlined nose,closed mouth with outlined lips,drawn dimples at corners of mouth and eyes,stitch-jointed shoulders and hips,mitten hands and separate thumbs,antique costume including vintage photo pin of Abraham Lincoln. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,unknown folk artist,late 19th century. Value Points: very fine quality of painting,with subtle touches of age lines and blush.
