Stockinette doll with pressed and oil-painted facial features,blonde impasto-painted hair,painted blue eyes with double white eye dots,painted red eyeliner and lashes,brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with outlined lips,cloth body with oil- painted lower arms and legs,sateen torso cover,stitch jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees,stitch-defined fingers and separate thumb. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: American,Martha Chase,circa 1910. Value Points: original finish,stitched ears,and wearing good antique costume and accessories.
