22" (56 cm.) All-cloth doll with pressed and oil-painted facial features,short blonde impasto-painted curls with stippling around the face,attached ears,blue shaded eyes,white eye dots,black and red upper eyeliner,long painted curly lashes,accented nostrils,closed mouth,weighted torso with oil-painted finish,stitch jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees,with stitch-defined fingers and separate thumbs,pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (Chase logo on torso). Comments: Martha Chase,circa 1915. Value Points: fine original finish is well preserved on the rare model of Chase doll.
