Description
24" (61 cm.) Canvas donkey with elaborate stitching of head,black
shoe button eyes,stitched ears,non-working donkey growler,posed on
original cast iron base with spoked wheels,and with original black
and red saddle blankets and leather saddle with tooling. The donkey
has Steiff button in ear (with underscored F) and on saddle. Very
good condition. Germany,Steiff,circa 1920.
