Of homespun cotton,the rag-stuffed doll has silky stitched-on heart-shaped face with defined shaping of nose and seam- shaped chin,ink-drawn outlined eyes,feathered brows,wiry grey hair,slender body and limbs. Condition: very good,some fading of features. Comments: American,late 1800s. Value Points: creative details of facial construction,antique costume including purple velvet bag,photographic brooch depicting bonnet lady.
