15" (38 cm.) Cloth doll with distinctively shaped stitched-on head having flat-dimensional face,gathered at the crown and seamed at the back of head,oil-painted brown curly hair,complexion and facial features,outlined brown eyes with accent dots,outlined nose with accent dots,painted mouth,stitch-jointed shoulders,elbows and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Columbian Doll,by Emma Adams,circa 1892. Value Points: fine original finish with artistic painting of features and hair,antique costume.
