All-cloth doll with stitched-on stockinette head,having shaped chin and nose,painted black hair,very white complexion with outlined blue eyes,brows,lips,muslin body with stitch-jointing at shoulders and hips,defined fingers,separate thumbs,antique white cotton sailor suit,woven cap,socks and shoes,and vintage pin "This is my busy day". Condition: very good,craquelure on face,painted finish worn on hands. Comments: American,circa 1890. Value Points: charming little sailor boy with well-detailed construction of head stitching.
